Delivery Information

• Courier Partners: We dispatch all online hobby orders via trusted South African door-to-door couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy / RAM).
• Processing & Transit Times: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Main Centres (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–3 working days.
  • Regional / Outlying Areas: 3–5 working days.
• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Free shipping may apply to select promotional items or order thresholds.
• Showroom Collection: Choose “Showroom Collection” at checkout to collect your items for free from our dealership during regular operating hours..

Returns & Exchanges (CPA Compliant)

1. 14-Day Return Window: Unopened, unused hobby items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
2. Defective Items: In line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if a product is faulty out-of-the-box, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange a return inspection and offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
3. Exclusions: Due to the nature of RC racing and hobby electronics, crash damage, improper battery charging, or user modifications are not covered under return or warranty policies.
